The purpose of ART’s List is to assist in rehoming pets that could not be placed into our adoption program.
Please email rescue@garlandtx.gov to make an appointment for rescue pickup. For rescue pick-up requests outside hours of normal operations, please email AnimalServices@garlandtx.gov. Due to limited staff after normal hours of operations, we will attempt to accommodate after-hours pick up if possible. Rescue communication should still be conducted through email.
