Teacher and student boxing

 Learn proper stance, movements, and offensive techniques while conditioning your mind and body.  Full body movements help tone muscles and build strength while optimizing your cardiovascular system.  Program is for ages 6 and up and meets Tuesdays from 6 - p.m. and Saturdays from Noon - 1 p.m. Call 972-205-3090 or email Fields for more information.
