Registration Closed

Thank you for your interest in the Tree Power Free Tree Giveaway. However, due to the outstanding response to the giveaway, all trees have been claimed. Registration is now closed.

The Tree Power Free Tree program teams Garland Power & Light with the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department to provide a free tree to Garland residents in an effort to conserve energy and beautify the community.

Safety Requirements

  • All participants must wear a mask and maintain social distance.
  • Residents will be responsible for loading and securing the tree after it is set near the vehicle.
  • Observe lane markers and other traffic flow instructions.
  • Keep children in the vehicle.
