Senior Citizens Advisory Commission
Established in 1991, the Senior Citizen Advisory Commission consists of nine members who serve two-year terms. The Senior Citizen Advisory Commission meets at 9:00 AM on the first Thursday of each month in the City Council Work Session Room at City Hall, 200 North Fifth Street.  Meetings are open to the public.

The Senior Citizens Advisory Commission may be contacted through the Senior Activity Center office at 972-205-2769 or via e-mail at parksandrec@ci.garland.tx.us
