[ARCHIVED] Chair Yoga

Pull up a chair! Many of the mind and body benefits of yoga can be experienced with the support of a chair. Class includes breathing, gentle stretching, and modified poses that improve respiration, circulation, flexibility, and muscle tone. Develop better posture and balance. Register at the Senior Activity Center. Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.  Ages 55 and up
