Located along the Duck Creek Greenbelt, the Gatewood Pavilion is a unique facility with an inverted V-shape and built-in fireplace to give it character and charm. Surrounded by a copse of pecan trees, this pavilion is large enough to host 48 people and features a grill, picnic tables and electricity to plug in those extra items for parties. This pavilion can be rented for half days for $75 and full days for $150, making it perfect for any outdoor gathering. Pavilion Reservation Rules (PDF)

You may reserve online anytime, by calling the Parks and Recreation Administration office at 972-205-2750 with a credit card, or in-person at any Garland Recreation Center, with cash, check or credit card. Pavilion reservations may be made up to one year in advance.

• Temporary amusements (bounce houses, etc.) require renter provided generator.
• Amusements with water features are prohibited.
